April Workout of the Month

Always foam roll and stretch before and after your workouts.

To be done 1-2 times each week in April.

Warm-up on Cardio equipment or outdoors:
– .25 mile at 65% of max
– .25 mile 85% max
– .25 mile 70% max
– .25 mile 85% max
– .10-.25 mile cool down walk or jog

3 sets:
– set of 25 – 2 crisscross jump rope with 2 double unders (beg opt — 50 reg)
– 15 each side Curtsy Lunge into press with knee (beg opt — no knee)
– 20 Jump Rope Burpees (beg opt — 50 reg)
– 15 each side Reverse Lunges into bicep curls with knee (beg opt — no knee)

3 sets:
– 15 Pushups (beg opt — incline, adv opt — 8 each on single leg)
– 15 each side Russian twists with dumbbell (adv opt — feet up)
– 15 Triceps Dips (int opt — straight legs, adv opt — 8 each on single leg)
– Pull-ups [as many as possible] (beg/int opt — assisted)
