November/December Workout of the Month

To be done 1-2 times each week in November and December.

Always foam roll and stretch before and after your workouts.

WARMUP: 10 minutes on cardio equipment of your choosing (or outdoors)

POWER: 2 sets of each exercise:
–       50 jumping jacks
–       20 burpees (adv opt – add bosu or medicine ball)
–       30 power lunges
–       50 jump rope (adv opt – 20 double unders)
–       20 power squats

3 sets of each exercise; choose challenging weight (all 12 reps):
–       Incline bench bicep curls
–       Flat bench tricep kickbacks (on stomach)
–       Single arm standing Arnold press

Repeat POWER section

COOLDOWN: 10 minutes on cardio equipment of your choosing (or outdoors)
